It always makes me proud when I am asked the question how I set up my business LÉDEM 2000 Kft. from almost nothing, because it shows that people value the results of my company, and thus, acknowledge my work. My success was a combination of long-lasting, hard work, support by some of my workmates and certainly good luck. Speaking of luck, I believe I had luck during the years I spent at the Hungarian bus transportation company Volán, in having my expertise combined with skills that have helped me with getting to know our present customers' problems and needs.

Well, I am one of those windmill-fighters, who work on innovations in their leisure time. But, as it was usual that time, nobody cared for my ideas because cost-efficiency was underestimated. When I became an independent contractor, I decided to make my ideas come true. Thus, I dusted off my plans and drawings accumulated over the years, and along with my workmates we have screened the typical failures of pneumatic brake systems by checking them step by step and in doing so, we have developed a restoration technology providing permanent high quality. All the efficient services performed by us, have been supported by this technology. I believe that quality must be rooted in the mind, first. Therefore human resources have top priority at my company. My aim is to keep my professionals whose training took a long time and much money, possibly for ever. For an exceptionally high salary, I expect my colleagues to do the best job possible and to come up with innovative ideas for developing the company. I am not a kind of "Keep going" guy but a "Follow me" guy setting good examples in every way. In doing so, I do everything to create a proper work environment by maintaining order and providing a pleasant work area. Environment and environment protection are also extremely important at my company. A reliable background is also required to perform top-quality repair services. We fight every single day to reach the premium quality.

Thus, I have a clear idea of quality that is the only way to success; it makes customers pleased and the business effective. What makes me have relaxing nights is that I know that everything that leaves my factory, meets the most severe standards. However, it does not make me satisfied with the current results. An active company continuously makes developments in meeting customer needs and utilizing opportunities. This attitude has contributed to the fact that we can repair, sell and manufacture products at the same time. The goal of our company is to supply more and more customers with products made of metal, plastic, wood and rubber respectively, and in doing so, to make our customers satisfied when using our products.
