Company formation
STRABAG Facility Management Kft. is the Hungarian subsidiary of Strabag international construction company.
The Hungarian unit was established in 2003 with the objective of taking over facility management tasks of buildings and other major projects implemented by Strabag.

Beginning - 2004.
FM activities started with taking over the following office buildings, our commissioner was IDA AG.

Margit Ház approx. 10,000 m2 net letting area (Main tenants: Lidl, CIB, Cetelem)
Panoráma Ház approx. 4,500 m2 net letting area (Main tenants: Exxon, Fuji)
BFI Irodaház approx. 10,000 m2 net letting area (Main tenants: RTL Klub, Philips)
Budavirág Ház approx. 4,000 m2 net letting area (Main tenants: Viadom, Stop Shop, Gropius, etc.)

Supervision of Szabadság Square underground parking lot operations with the whole staff was also our task (24 000 m2, 806 parking places, on four levels, 8 persons).

2005.
We obtained facility management tasks of further 4 projects via tendering, our commissioner was IMV Hungária Kft.

As a result of reliable, quality services we performed we acquired facility management of further 5 shopping centers.
